The fact that this administration didn’t replenish strategic oil reserves while the president was bragging about low fuel prices puts us in a bind now that costs skyrocket.
What bothers me the most is that the Democrats are taking no action ... lots of words and lots of lawsuits but no real action. I would at least like to hear some firm plans that they've made in between their public empathy and indignation speeches. What exactly is the health insurance plan that they will put in place immediately. What departments that DOGE eviscerated will they reestablish ensuring the new is better than the old was. What new laws will they introduce based on lessons learned about legalities and constitution during trump's term. How long will it take to get abortions legalized across the country with a law. How fast can ICE be entirely re-invented? The list goes on and on. Yet I don't hear anything from Democrats about detailed action plans. What about the environment? What about vaccinations? The date of the election that likely won't happen anyway is getting closer and closer with each passing day. They yak on and on about voting but people need to know what they're voting for ... certainly not just another chapter from the same old book! In that case, everyone ought to vote Independent!
China is apparently getting oil from Iran and it seems safe to surmise China will provide weaponry to reciprocate and perpetuate Iran's generosity. Trump says America is making big money on American oil and then mentions Venezuelan oil that he now has access to.
