I have always been turned off by Epstein files hysteria. not because there's no there there, but because it ignites passion with innuendo, offers a dissatisfying promise of proof, what evidence it exposes is less than actionable in our juridical environment, and it turns attention away from presemt attrocities to focus on past scandals. The one relevant takeaway is the two-tiered system of justice it exposes and the Epstein Class it plants in popular imagination. What I hear from the left is rabid certitude. From the right, the slurping sound we've all learned to cringe at. Your clear eyed reporting is a North Star.
