He reported that he took 'the test' and scored perfectly. Sounded all too familiar to me. The good news is that Beebo lacks access to the nuclear codes.
Here in Canada 'the test' was aired on a tv program on CBC for those who wanted to take it. I scored a perfect 30 and then, a month later in a rerun, scored a perfect 30 again. Can I be president???
