The judges who are sputtering* through the incredulous BS of this administration will be the heroes of this American horror story. Not the Supremes, who have shown themselves to be the worst SCOTUS ever** (and that's saying something), but those less supreme, yet still interested in applying the law and the Constitution's ideals and our democratic history to the plot twists and pop-up prevarications of the admin's lawyers and others.
*The judges sputter with disbelief at the audacity of the documents put before them by the minions. I just hope that if there is any spittle it hits Bondi et al right square in the eye.
**Obviously not all of SCOTUS but you know who they are.
Once again I find myself without words when it comes to describing Trump's inability to give a flying #uck about anything but himself. He can't even fake it. All the descriptors for him are not quite strong enough. We need new words.
Thanks, Mary…now I understand why the president had a rambling tirade about electromagnetic catapults vs. hydraulic. We don’t need no stinking magnets!
When years of reality are exchanged for trivia or the pursuit thereof …this is where it ends
That China (or rumors say) takes the lead in but one so far category shows how attention to task finishes. Hint.Hint.
That near half of America still listens to the BS about 1-2% of any given ‘issue’ and believes it s l o w l y proves how ‘sweating the small stuff’ ends. And I’m hopeful it’s jail terms with no official position ever …thereafter.
To say there’s a lot of tightening up the cracks means everyone.of.us. together for the whole.
Wake up, America .
Thank you ,Mary, I love consistency …keeper of the saying-‘’this is your best’’.
I too wish to see some of these (all of these) creeps serve time for any criminal behavior that is provable. Sometimes they do do time, but often, more often, they don't. Their ancestors will bear the weight of shame.
Hunger Games seems as predictive of current realities as did The Handmaid’s Tale before it. Much happening now brings to mind the movie’s imagery of starving citizens, sacrificed children, and an inner circle thriving in a wealthy enclave (with freak beauty standards reminiscent of Mar A Lago) while enjoying others’ suffering. They were not planning on ceding power.
I am so sorry for the thousands of people caught in the SNAP fight. "Heartless" is the description for Trump.
It extends to every level. If Congress thinks it's okay to murder people with no proof of any criminal activity, is there no international body that can call him on the carpet?
When this is all over, I hope to see not only Trump's pets in his administration hauled up before the courts, but I'd like to see some SCOTUS judges brought to heel too. They think they are above the law. They need to be shown they are NOT.
p.s. "...since the Mayflower docked." When the choice is to laugh or cry, I'll pick laughs every time. Thank you, Mary!
Trump's entire reign has been, "A tale, told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing"! In many instances, we just need to remember words from long ago to complete the moments we have managed to live through in the last 10 months under the current administration.
Perhaps the man with dementia will forget what's in files with a name he now only faintly recalls, and get back to ordering gold spray cans for anything remaining in Oval not yet covered.

EGGS and their price and availability dominated when Biden was president. Why are there not similar headlines about beef, and other maga munchies?
