I think the issue around Kim is less about likes and more about interests. For Trump, it's ego - he takes flattery from people like Kim and Putin and thinks it shows what a great, powerful, and likeable guy he is. But for people like Kim and Putin, their national interest is a weaker US and their route to that end is to keep stroking Trump's ego. Right now, they're winning.

Trompas has a gift for grifting. When called on it, he sues.....The entire US is now under the same threat. We are being used for as far as we can be but Bankruptcy is his game. Ultimately. If he wins, he gets the pot, the entire pot, along with the profits it has provided him. If we're lucky, we get to keep our shirts. Opening our own suit is merely another round for him. He is used to it and knows how to keep the grift going. That is what we are looking at. He. is looking at it too!

If the US continues on its current track, it will be alone internationally, except for the likes of the dictatorships who are taking advantage of its increasing isolation for their own purposes. Trump is being played by all these countries, including the Israeli regime. I just hope that someone in Trump's regime will have the courage to stand up to him, but that is looking increasingly like a forlorn hope.
