There are only two ways to end this adventure: diplomacy or going all in with a land invasion and a war of conquest. The blowback on a land invasion I can only imagine, but if there is anybody competent left in Hegseth's puzzle palace, they have probably gamed it out. Diplomacy is hard, takes time, and Trump's collection of non-diplomats seem poorly suited to the task. Maybe they should contract it out to Obama's team, who have a track record of success. Yeah, as if.
It is amazing to me, and I am a simple person, that renewables for energy are not more focused on, that wind and solar projects, as well as other forward future holistic energies that I am not aware of, aren't being broadcast more loudly and broadly...the eggs are all in one basket (Hormuz) and it is NOT sustainable for anyone anywhere in the world. China is way out front on this! This has got to stop! Hopefully in November and then in 2028 we can reach something closer to REASON. It will get darker before the dawn, as they say, BUT THE DAWN IS COMING!!!! I think Marz, who sounds very reasonable, should run for President! And then maybe my sweet girl, Sydney, could be his VP.
If Trump has given up on the Nobel peace prize in favor of winning history’s Best Conqueror prize, he needs to be constitutionally removed from office ASAP. The destabilizing consequences of a mad king turned mad emperor would be unbearable for us and the world.
Trump won’t be constrained though. His loyalists in Congress and on the Supreme Court believe he is God’s chosen one or obedience means more power, wealth and/or fulfillment of their radical far right coup.
We in the resistance have role models: our country’s founders in the past, and Ukrainians and Albanians today. Just say no and don’t flinch.
Regardless of what’s happening or isn’t , the rich, the powerful will not experience much discomfort.
The innocents of the world bear most of the consequences , always have ..while many of the ‘leaders’ or rich vie for more.
The easiest way to stay above the rat race/din is to educate yourself best possible, work hard, build your own system efficiently, raise your own food, and help as many neighbors as possible. It’s the simplest of things in life to enjoy that, while ‘free’ is nice ..a little elbow grease sure ices the cake.
Most ‘entertainment’ is fiction plus costly including to Mother Nature.

Watching Marc Rubio stand behind Trump with a plastic paralyzed face ready to do the bidding and carry the worthless paper on which trump scribbled his signature is a bridge too far for me. Arn't all the bridges we have been asked to accept as under his domain, just too far? I hear you, Mary! This madman's action's are being stopped and reported on more each day. Good things to smile about : The name of trump is erased from Kennedy Center. The Reflective pool has thrown up the color blue it was painted. It's still green, but will recover. Judges are beginning to do their work regardless of who nominated them or which party they belong to. Now, go for a walk . We will survive, I feel it in my bones.
