Taiwan and the world must now wait to see how China and its allies benefit from Xi’s encounter with a mad toddler and his entourage of mediocre officials, ring-kissing oligarchs, and heirs. No matter how Trumpworld spins this, China will almost certainly win the next chapter if not the foreseeable future.
Alongside Mary’s David Rothkopf ‘s article today show such succinct analysis/ clarifications lay expectations high, big change. Status Quo is blatant ho hums getting us to here, a lot of good, a lot of we told ya so, a lot of need to get about putting care back into rights and acknowledging who’s run the show into unprecedented… it’s pretty clear , the toss of the coin better be preceded with the blue vote 75%+ democratic show up, and an OF Republican Switcheroo.
A couple of thoughts.... first, it gives me the willies when Trump looks at children and calls them "beautiful", but then again, it gave me the willies when Biden kept touching children for the cameras. Second, Trump of course is a King...of corruption, but Biden allowed Hunter into the loop in China ( I think they gave Hunter a cool ring), AND propped Hunter up in Ukraine. Third, if Trump's EPA has its way, our major cities will be as gray as Bejing.
