To be fair (!) Patel is only emulating his boss. Trump's a lousy leader, but when it comes to using government coffers to his advantage, he does lead from the front.
I'll also admit there's a big difference between 26 (Alexis Wilkins) and 17 (Virginia Roberts Giuffre).
But in truth, the optics (when did that become a trendy word for "appearance"?) remain the same: older rich sugar daddy using a young woman / child because he can.
Disappearing government flight trackers, blowing up open boats in international waters, appropriating taxpayers' funds for fancy bathrooms, using military resources for housing, travel, make-up studios... business the Trump way.
