From declaring King Charles his “wonderful friend” to fantasizing about seizing air bases, jailing protesters, and yanking TV licenses, the president’s Air Force One gaggle was a turbulence of ego
Trump is a weak, fearful, impotent man, a coward, a malignant narcissist. His worst tendencies are still restrained by our constitution and laws. What makes him at all "powerful" is the cowardice of every person and every institution that rolls over for him without a fight. We apparently have become a nation of cowards.
I'd love to read the British take on events, but I thought I was reading between the lines that Trump plunked down where he wasn't supposed to be and the rest(royals and Melania) had to figure it out on the fly. I also suspected things were not going according to protocol with Camilla and Melania in her lampshade and that Kate might be coming in to provide some social skills and get people into their proper places. Anybody have insights on that?
JFC, what an international embarrassment. I would love to be a fly on the wall at Buckingham Palace after Diaper Don left just to hear all of them laughing at what a fucking moron he is and how Melanoma looked like a banana in a crop top. I am really beginning to regret the American Revolution.
No, the American Revolution was important as will be the next Revolution. But yes, to be a fly on the wall the Britains were surely laughing afterward that dinner, heck after the entire visit!

If he were alive today I’d vote for Richard Nixon over Trump!
“...the artwork. I saw more paintings than any human being has ever saw and statues.”
I'm not part of the grammar police, but - "has ever saw"?
As for claiming he "sat with Princess Kate" at dinner: I notice she remains tactfully silent at having to endure that moron all evening.
I suspect poor Kate drew the short straw. They owe her “bigly” for that sacrifice. She definitely took one for the team.
