The IRS immunity card is still on the table, right ?

"logically" it should not be, since it was part of the same "settlement", but they're being quiet about it. One of the cases now before the judges again will be relevant to it.

Since it was an “addendum” to the settlement, one thinks it would be covered by the two rulings. It’s not getting the same press for the exact reason it was buried in the first place. “Look at the slush fund.” “Don’t pay attention to the lifetime tax immunity for the entire corrupt family.”

But we're not talking about the Epstein files, are we? And the beat goes on......

"Not a moral line, obviously. Let’s not get carried away. This is still the same party that has spent years treating corruption as a loyalty program and constitutional vandalism as a branding exercise. But every now and then, even the most obedient caucus looks up from the buffet table, sees the chandelier swaying, smells the electrical fire, and realizes the insurance adjuster is going to have questions.

Made me LOL!

Don’t hold your breath. John Roberts & his 5 pals can still save & insulate their hero’s bold idea!

Does the greatest pressure to table this for now come from consideration of how bad it will look when the judge who has reopened the case finds the DOJ and Trump guilty of colluding to defraud the court?
