I believe Trump is doubling down on violence because he is desperate for an opportunity to declare Martial Law. He needs this so he can declare America too unsafe for Mid-terms.
It's his last card this close to the election and we can't let him play it!
Ah Mary...I just got off the phone from talking to a staffer in Jeffries' D.C. office (1-202-225-5936) right after having called Schumer's number (1-202-224-6542)and leaving a message and I am still crying. I am so distressed over everything, but the escalation of these Nazis roaming the streets and violently invading people's homes in Minnesota and pulling people from their vehicles for documenting ICE abuses in N.C. is so unreal, AND the MURDER OF RENEE, I still can't process. I protest frequently. I don't want to be killed for doing what is within my rights to do! I beg everyone to call their reps and senators non stop and demand that ICE be abolished, Noem be impeached, AND DJT BE IMPEACHED, NOW!
This is an all-out attack on America. Multiple fronts, any sense of restraint is gone. Trump & Co. are going for it, an overturning of democracy before the midterms. The consolidation of tyranny has ramped up. Can we hold? TBD
If your readers are going to be searching for more info on these things, at the very minimum they should be using DuckDuckGo and not the big G, for privacy and exposure protection reasons. Downloading and learning how to use the Tor browser would be an even better idea.
Trump is enjoying his authoritarian sugar high, but the predictable consequences of his actions await. Lacking any competent administrative infrastructure and having eviscerated the wheels of government, Trump's blue smoke and mirrors provides no strategy, no implementation plans, no integrative diplomatic lattice structure, and no policy foundations.
Declaring war against Americans at home and blustering dominance of might internationally are destructive proclamations, demonstrating a very porous omnipotence prospective, offering only a vacuous, empty landscape behind the curtain.
I’m thinking of annexing the designated parking space on the street in front of my house. While it technically belongs to the local authority, my car has occupied the space in an arrangement that has been mutually beneficial for a number of years. That said, in spite of bringing me into conflict with the local authority and the local police force that has helped keep my property secure in all that time, I believe the parking space rightly belongs to me and one way or another, it will be mine!
And here’s a question worth asking — given that the government is publicly claiming a very broad standard for ICE “self-defense” that can justify execution, how would the same officials view that standard if applied to the J6 attack on Capitol Police? Hundreds of extremists physically assaulted police and some clearly intended to kill them.
Under the logic being offered now — that any perceived threat to an officer’s safety can justify lethal force — should those J6 rioters also have been executed on the spot? They weren’t: they were arrested, tried, and convicted, even though many showed clear intent to inflict serious harm.
Then Trump pardoned ALL of them --including the most violent --and remanded them back to the streets to continue the mayhem. And I'm sure some of them are now ICE agents.
when trump promises "force “at levels they’ve never been hit before" I suspect he's threatening nukes. Nothing says freeing people like blowing them to radioactive smithereens.
I hope someone gets a court order by TODAY to stop warrantless seizures in homes. I did just do some research on warrants. You CAN arrest someone inside your home if you have a judicial SEARCH warrant and an administrative warrant. And you can go into a person's home with just a judicial ARREST warrant. But you need at least ONE judicial warrant. In "third party" private spaces, you need a search warrant (judicial) to enter at all. That is because you can't barge into ANY private space without a search warrant, Once in with such a warrant, you can also arrest with an administrative warrant. But you can't use an ARREST warrant to get into third party private spaces. That is because the owner of the third party space also has rights against your barging in.
I keep hearing “we have the right. “ I don’t feel we do right now. When a republican speaks against Trump he gets fired and replaced with another cult member. Trump seems to be so afraid of being exposed. He will do anything to make sure that doesn’t happen. Martial law could stop elections and the result-America will be known as a “shit hole country. “ It feels like anything we try to do increases violence and against us and if we fight back we become “professional” agitators. We don’t need to be paid. We are just people trying to keep our rights intact.

Their plans for election viability and interference will have us gobsmacked. Of that I'm certain.

We should be pushing Dems and others in Congress to be working on Project 2026... that is a full and complete ready to go book of impeachment for DJT.

Trump's closed-loop system of justice...

We plan and protest by the laws. They don’t, and won’t .’The Spin’ gets the win.
