My observation has been that physicians only administer “cognitive tests” to patients whose executive functioning is questionable. Many older adults never get these tests at all if their mental acuity seems fine. It’s definitely not routine during physicals, which makes me really alarmed that this guy has had THREE cognitive tests already!
As Jimmy Kimmel said, being the only president to take the cognitive test four times is NOT a good thing. Think about it. Or in Trumps case, possibly not having any memory of the previous three.
