Agree with Marz, we need to show some teeth.

I hope you are going to post your article on guns in America. It has become such a hot button topic with Republican males that it’s as if it threatens their very manhood to control them in any way. Marz is right.

The data about how many own any gun and median number of guns reminds us of how concentrated ownership is. Assault weapons deserve their own category, and it's gruesome, I'm fairly sure.

It certainly takes a dog to show us what love looks like. Love one another and cruelty will become a thing of the past.

Trump and MAGA love their own wisdom and act like force and cruelty will keep us safe from imaginary enemies. The real enemy is ignorance, hubris, and stolen honor.

One has to ask, what is the ultimate goal of the trump regime?

Clearly it is not the betterment of life for the average American.

Clearly it involves personal and family enrichment, partnering with Putin, and empowering the oligarchs.

Inflicting so much pain on everyone else.

Who signed up for this?

When will we the people say "ENOUGH!"

Another great from Mary. I'm going to add something from someplace else. It needs satire, but I've got appt with ophthalmologist, who I'm sure would appreciate it if I brushed my teeth.

"The student-visa policy actually wasn’t new. It was tucked into a June announcement about a rare-earths agreement with China. But the specific figure of 600,000—which would represent more than a doubling of the number of students from China in the United States for the 2023-24 school year—hadn’t been uttered before." - Charlie Sykes 8/28/25

Children were praying when the bullets found them. In a Minnesota church, their bodies fell while Trump, Vance, and Noem reached for the same hollow script: “thoughts and prayers.” The cruelty wasn’t just in the shooter’s aim—it was in the reflexive cowardice of leaders who confuse condolence with action. Here's my take:
