I remember the exact moment my baby brother decided to walk. Grandma had given 2 cookies to each of the youngest cousins. The 3 girls, all about 6 months older, took one in each hand and walked back to the cartoons on tv. Pete couldn't crawl back with the cookies in hand. He looked back and forth a few times and stubbornly toddled off after them 😀
"The future USS Doris Miller was supposed to honor Doris “Dorie” Miller, a Black Navy mess attendant who was serving aboard the USS West Virginia when Pearl Harbor was attacked. Miller helped move his mortally wounded captain to safety, assisted injured sailors and then took control of an anti-aircraft gun he had never been trained to use."
So obviously a "DEI" move. Why not name that ship after someone who never served anything, never sacrificed anything, and never appreciated those who did...
Well this is rich! On the one hand Trump tariffs dozens of countries….including mine 🇨🇦…..for non-compliance to the Trade Act of 1974 re: forced labour, and with the other hand lifts American restrictions on a company where these very violations have been reliably documented. The thinly disguised grift the Asshole-in-chief runs on a daily basis is truly astonishing. 🤬
Wow, Shanley, this is a heavy one. Too bad there is not someone, anyone to rescue trump from the terrible situations he personally and on purpose engineers. All of us need to keep making calls. I know it feels like the calls are not working, but believe me, someone hears, and someone is listening.

No clothesline?
I did actually try this, but it's pretty humid around here and I can never seem to get that "wet for a little too long" smell out of the clothes.

Shanley,
Sadly, this is no more than we have come to expect from the toddler-in-chief. What a despicable, selfish waste of space he is.
I am glad that at least your Homefront project is continuing to thrive, in spite of the occasional obstacles in the way.
If only there was a way to teach this regime the gifts of cooperation and respect that exist within your family.
