Speaking of aholes, farmers and ranchers can correct me here but when we did a brief stint of hobby farming (where I learned to have much reverence for real farmers) we would raise a couple of heifers for beef, and have a local butcher do the honours of hanging, cutting, and we helped with pkging the meat. I was a greenhorn at this kind of thing and first year at the butcher block I had a "spit the coffee out" moment when the butcher stopped while trimming some cuts and throwing the bits of meat & fat into a large container to be ground into hamburger and said: " I always make sure you get nose to tail, nothing wasted, including around the ahole". And winked. It took me a while to process lol.
Eating what Europe has turned down ... yikes! I don't care what it costs, I'm avoiding it like the plague. It sounds like a brand new form of Mad Cow Disease with trump being the Mad Cow of course. Let McDonald's have it for his burgers.
Reinforces my beef choice to buy a half a beef from my neighbor, have it custom cut at the local meat processor and now sitting in my freezer. Know thy beef, as they say. 😊

American families deserve a treat.
TACO said “something” must be done to bring prices down.

So we have a tariff waiver and visions of ground beef to savor.
