I watched about half the speech on YouTube - as much as I could stand - and I noted that it was delivered in a total monotone - no variation in tone, tempo, nothing. What is that a symptom of?

Hearing him talk hurts my brain. I try to listen but when he starts rambling nonsensically, I feel my eyes start to roll into the back of my head.
He seldom says anything new or interesting - or true, for that matter. You aren't missing anything.
And when she was good …she was very,very good…but when she was ‘bad’ it was hysterical! ..got me first on …”before the other guys could..” .
