Officially titled "Strengthening and Unleashing America’s Law Enforcement to Pursue Criminals and Protect Innocent Citizens", the order builds a legal architecture that sidesteps the politically radioactive Insurrection Act while functionally achieving much of the same authoritarian endgame.
