As we are closing out the year so many companies who have survived centuries in this nation are closing their doors and in some plants across this nation to juggle the ever present onslaught of an economical disaster created by him. That word “tariffs” that he so loves. A delusional thought process that any economic student attending economics 101 has figured out half way through the semester the disasters of such a practice.
The onslaught of the absurdities of being yelled at by him and all Americans no matter the age or education level are ignorant of what our “affordabilities” currently on. Reviewing our daily bills trying to shuffle what we can afford or not from shelter, utilities, food to healthcare insurance. What goes that none of us can afford. A man who would not even think twice to slapping his name on everything imaginable to call it as owned by him from animate to inanimate objects. Yes, a man who sees human beings as objects and objects to be coveted. But he was selected by the ignorant and misinformed or ones who are so much more alike than different. Who hold his bigotry and prejudices as their own.
To the ever present murdering of lives with no evidence in the Caribbean to seizures of oil tankers under the facade of that it’s been stolen from us, the land and oil from another so sovereign nation, Venezuela. The rounding up of our neighbors who we hide and shelter and alarm to the people who wear masks and bullet proof vests. To an ever present corruption that should rot the very growth of anything ever trying to grow. To beat the downtrodden harder into the pavement and the wealthy to live in a lifestyle no one could ever imagine of wealth, jewelry and money, an additional yacht or villa not to be occupied daily but available at their whim of taking those luxuries vacations. A world never imagined others novel written of a dystopian-draconian nightmare world that has now become our reality. Included into this the additional added AI features of loosing our own identities of our encompassing humanity.
Yet we will continue to outreach to those less fortunate and continue to fight for what our founders graciously bestowed upon us to carry on.
So far, Beam has not filed a lay-offs notice with the state of Kentucky, according to the state's WARN Act online database. It is unclear how many jobs might be impacted.
At the same time, exports have been curtailed to major trading partners; Canada has been boycotting American spirits since March in retaliation for President Trump's ongoing trade war and U.S. whiskey sales to that country are down by more than 60% through October.
Other Kentucky companies including Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey maker Brown-Forman also have announced layoffs or shorter pauses in production earlier in the year.
Tinsel. Christmas tree tinsel- I do not see it much anymore. I remember it well as a boy, scooping up wads of the silvery stuff and draping it on the family tree. After Christmas season we would pluck as much of the strands off the dry branches as possible before the tree was left on the curb for the appointed pick up day. It was gone….the tinsel. November 26 is coming too.
Nitpick: why "Epstein's private jet"? Why not "Epstein's plane"? Unless DOJ has only run all this through AI, there are lots and lots of humans who've seen what's being redacted. Any chance some of them are disgusted and will be Deep Throat II?
