From Epstein to Edinburgh: Trump’s International Humiliation Tour
Murdoch cuts him loose, Maxwell’s silence wavers, his body crumbles, and the UK prepares to roast him alive.
Donald Trump is having a very public unraveling, and it’s happening on multiple fronts at once. As he gears up for a deeply unwelcome trip to the United Kingdom, the wheels are coming off his narrative, his health, his legal defenses, and, judging by his Truth Social tantrums, his emotional stability.
Let’s start with the ugliest revelation of the week: the Epstein files. For years, Trump’s political machine obsessed over Epstein’s connections to Democrats, howling for the release of every scrap of information. But now, with the Wall Street Journal’s bombshell about Trump’s own obscene birthday tribute to Epstein, a doodle of a naked woman, signed in the pubic region, accompanied by the words “enigmas never age”, suddenly Trump wants to narrow the release. He’s now demanding just the grand jury testimony, about 1% of the total Epstein trove, be released.
Ghislaine Maxwell, the woman who could blow this wide open, is sitting in federal prison, her life controlled entirely by the Bureau of Prisons under Trump’s Department of Justice. They control every aspect of her daily existence, where she sleeps, what she eats, when she can step outside, her access to phone calls, visitors, legal counsel, and even basic comforts like commissary privileges or TV time. They decide whether she languishes in solitary confinement or gets transferred to a less punishing facility. Her “good time” credits, the conditions of her confinement, even her future parole eligibility are all in their hands. Maxwell is uniquely positioned to either rot in silence or bargain for relief, and as her legal avenues run out, her Supreme Court appeal just denied, the incentive to start talking grows stronger by the day.
Republicans, who love to haul witnesses before Congress for marathon Benghazi hearings and Fauci grillings, have gone utterly silent about bringing Maxwell to testify. They’re not asking for her to talk; they’re voting against releasing Epstein’s files. If Trump and MAGA world were ever interested in the truth, they’d be demanding Maxwell’s testimony. Instead, they’re orchestrating the cover-up in real-time, because they know what she could expose isn’t just scandalous, it’s radioactive.
As this scandal percolates, Trump’s delusions are spilling out on every front. In a string of unhinged posts, Trump claimed he obliterated Iran’s nuclear facilities, yet U.S. intelligence and global observers confirm only minimal damage was done. Trump ignored military advice, overruled the Pentagon, and botched the operation. Meanwhile, Iran’s oil profits are soaring, their arms sales to Russia are up, and their nuclear program is effectively intact. Trump failed, then lied about it, then moved on to the next lie.
His new favorite distraction? Pushing bizarre conspiracies about autopens, Barack Obama orchestrating coups, and Russia hoaxes. It’s pure chaos, a recycled highlight reel of every grievance he’s ever had, blasted out in all caps to a shrinking audience. He even filed a laughable lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal over their Epstein report, a case that legal experts like Michael Popok quickly dissected as dead-on-arrival. Popok pointed out the obvious: Murdoch’s media empire didn’t just stumble into this story; it was lawyered to within an inch of its life, sourced with FBI corroboration and direct evidence, including the grotesque birthday scrapbook. Trump’s own lawsuit was nothing but a frantic PR stunt, filled with grievance, devoid of credible legal arguments, and destined to be thrown out. Even Fox News isn’t fully playing along anymore, with Rupert Murdoch’s media empire taking clear steps to distance itself. The WSJ story wasn’t an accident; it was a calculated move by Murdoch to cut Trump loose, and the frivolous lawsuit only confirmed how rattled Trump really is.
And all the while, Trump’s body is broadcasting its own signals. Viral videos of his staggering gait, bruised hands, and grotesquely swollen ankles have sparked medical speculation from nurses and cardiovascular experts alike, many pointing to signs of congestive heart failure. Symmetrical swelling, fatigue, unexplained bandages: it’s all there. Trump insists he’s the “healthiest president in history,” but reality is bleeding through the makeup and compression socks.
Now, as Trump flies into the United Kingdom, where he’ll be visiting Scotland from July 25 to 29, with no official meeting with King Charles until a purely ceremonial state visit scheduled for September, he won’t be greeted with pomp but with jeers, protests, and a British public that remembers exactly who he is. The UK press, known for its sharp knives, is already sharpening them. Comedians are lining up their best material. Crowds are planning their own unique welcome for the man who trashed NATO, pandered to Putin, and made a laughingstock of the American presidency. Posters featuring Trump’s infamous photo alongside Jeffrey Epstein at Mar-a-Lago are being printed in bulk. Giant placards with his quote “Enigmas never age” are set to plaster protest routes. Satirical billboards mocking Trump’s “swollen ankles” and “mysterious bruises” are reportedly planned for prominent London locations. Expect a parade of inflatable caricatures, from diaper-clad baby Trump to Epstein party pal Trump, to flood the streets. The British public, famed for their cutting humor, will ensure this visit becomes yet another international humiliation.
So there it is. A presidency reanimated through corruption and denial, a political movement built on projection and grievance, all collapsing in full view. From Epstein’s grotesque scrapbook to botched foreign wars, from cardiovascular decline to crumbling propaganda machines, Trump is imploding, and the world is watching.
And in London, they’ll be laughing too.
Thank you, England! If you can reserve a room for him at the Tower of London we would be forever in your debt!
I wish this presidency was collapsing, but I'm afraid Trump will find a way to wiggle out of this Epstein birthday fiasco. Just like he managed to escape the consequences of January 6th, mishandling classified information, and obstruction of justice. Suing the Murdoch owned WSJ is tantalizing. I wonder how it will finally play out. Murdoch always looks out for the bottom line.
