I wonder what would happen if Trump--The Supreme Cat Turd Himself--falls sound asleep at a private meeting with Xi or drops off completely while attending a state dinner with the top Chinese bureaucrats and the CEOs of some of the world's biggest companies...
They already all know him for the ignorant, arrogant, narcissistic fool that he is--but seeing him fall off his chair or become semi-comatose, with his head on a conference table would be the truest statement of current realities...
Then, I guess, the heads of American corporations and Chinese industries would work around this snoozing, inert mass of unprocessed Big Macs--thus eliminating the middle-man and speeding up the inevitable future--a world run completely by international corporate dictatorships-- functioning Democracies becoming merely references on Wikipedia...
Ugh!! But at this stage of the game, and it is a stage in the way Shakespeare described:
"All the world's a stage!" and the rest of us actors performing Life on Earth...so be it then! Let us abandon the script and improvise our own tale with unpredictable consequences!!
This should be required reading for every person within our borders - and beyond!
The emperor is prancing around naked while legacy media politely looks away. The contours of “dying empire ruled by a madman” are becoming impossible to ignore, although far too many still seem to prefer silence or denial.
There is good news, though, as Rachel Maddow pointed out last night: Trump and his corrupt cabal are lazy. They crave the limelight and relish acts of destruction and plunder, but they are not competent or even care to be.
So strategic, relentless push back is proving effective in legal and local community venues across the country. Showing up, speaking truth and doing what we can matters.
